A Housekeeping career with Taj Hotel

It’s  being my 4^th year of hospitality career with Taj Hotels and Resorts in Housekeeping department. Proud to introduce myself as a representative of SJIHMCT , Housekeeping Alumni.

I am Rakhy Raju ,pass out from SJIHMCT Home in the year of 2015 and son after started a career with Taj hotels and Resorts through the College Recruitment. Currently working as a Housekeeping Executive at Taj West , Banglore since Jan 2019. I have spent 02 years of career with  Vivanta ByTaj  ,Trivandrum which hotel is closed on March 2018 .

I have actually started career of one and half year of Taj Hospitality Training with  The Gateway Hotel ,Kochi. The Crown Plaza Hotel was the step into the world of Hospitality through my internship training program.

Housekeeping is a magic when we use Eye for Detail

Yes I believe Housekeeping is a kind of magicworld when we completely use the ability of eye for detail. When we open the eyes and see the things we can understand and enjoy the things around us. But when we use the eye for detail it taking us to a different stage of  meaning and action.

Actually the Eye for Details taught me what is Housekeeping and what to do in Housekeeping.So actually IAM enjoying my work in my department only because of learnings and experience I went through this. So being a part of Hospitality and especially part of Housekeeping is something different which take us to a different world when we enjoy the work and dedicated to it.
